Anne Gilbert Anne Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama. She is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and also holds certifications as an Asbestos Hazards Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Inspector and Management Planner, and asbestos abatement Project Designer in Alabama. She has experience in performing Phase I ESAs, Environmental Assessments (EAs), and NEPA Checklists for sites throughout Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. She has also prepared numerous NPDES Permits, BMP Plans, and SPCC Plans for commercial, industrial, and residential sites in Alabama. Her experience also includes Asbestos Surveys, Asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans, and Asbestos Abatement Designs.
Henry Fisher
Henry Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He is a registered P.E. in Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, and Florida. He has experience in performing Phase I ESAs, EAs, and NEPA Checklists for wireless communications sites throughout the southeastern United States. He has also performed baseline studies and annual monitoring for biosolids land applications facilities. His experience also includes Asbestos Surveys and clearance air monitoring for asbestos abatement projects, as well as Phase II ESAs, NPDES Permitting and Registration, BMP Plan preparation, and SPCC Plan preparation.
Tim Walker
Tim Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from UAB. He is a registered
Professional Geologist in Alabama, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
He has more than twenty years experience in geology, hydrogeology, land and
mineral evaluations, environmental audits and assessments, site remedial investigations,
and turnkey site remediation projects. He also has extensive experience in
conducting GLP studies in accordance with USEPA and state regulatory agencies
regarding pesticide and herbicide registrations. He has acted as Project Manager
on several industrial plant and landfill closures across the United States.
He has managed numerous underground storage tank (UST) projects, including
preparation and implementation of UST closures and remediation in many states.
As project manager, he has been responsible for the oversight and completion
of numerous projects with/for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
He has served as project manager on many state and federally-funded Superfund
projects. He also has extensive experience in conducting groundwater studies
which are required by state regulatory agencies and the USEPA’s Office
of Pesticide Programs as part of the label registration process for pesticides
and/or herbicides. He served as Manager of Remediation Services and has created
an in-house Environmental and Industrial Services division for EEI. He has
supervised and performed most aspects of soil and groundwater remediation projects
including marketing and award of contract, creation of project documents (i.e.,
Work Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans, and Report
of
Findings), soil and groundwater sampling and monitoring, remedial design, physical
remediation, restoration, and closure. He managed some of the first Brownfield
projects in the United States and successfully obtained closure from the respective
regulatory agencies. In most cases, these agencies returned a No Further Action
(NFA) letter.
Mindy Milam
Mindy Milam holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Science and a Master of
Science in Zoology from Auburn University. She has been an Adjunct Professor
at Jacksonville State University,
Jefferson State Community College, and Gadsden State Community College teaching
Introductory Biology to science and non-science majors. She has performed surveys
for endangered bats as well as conducting radiotelemetry studies for gray bats
and yellow bats. She has participated in a waterfowl survey along the Mississippi
River Delta. Her experience includes publication of studies related to big
brown bats and gray bats. She has also given many presentations regarding bats
to organizations in the eastern United States, Quebec, Canada, and Ixtapa,
Mexico. Her experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; surveys
for threatened and endangered species throughout the southeastern United States;
and wetland surveys, delineations, and permitting.
Cheryl Johnson
Cheryl Johnson has 20 years of accounts payable/receivable, record keeping,
data entry, and supervisory experience. She served in the United States Air
Force and also worked in the banking industry performing a number of duties
including set up and maintenance of credit files, reporting, and maintenance
of customer accounts.
